During the Covid-19 situation, BAHE is continuously assessing the risk posed by the virus to our families. The safety of our families is paramount. We will continue to deliver our lessons online throughout the Summer term. Where sessions cannot be delivered online (sports and bushcraft), these have been temporarily postponed.
Our primary aim at BAHE is:
- to improve access to home education learning opportunities; and
- to prevent the isolation of home educating families.
We continue to do this through our online learning facilities, and the children can continue to socialise online to maintain friendships through our “BAHE Playground” virtual meeting space.
We know families have been affected by Covid-19 in different ways. We continue to support our families, through free online maths programmes, mailing out worksheets and flexible payment options. We are actively encouraging our families to get in touch if we can support you further.
For those who are struggling financially in this time, please take a look at our Financial Support page. Please remember that we are here to support you, so get in touch if you need extra help or support.
Within BAHE, we are working hard, applying for grants and reducing our overheads wherever we can. However, we are still facing potentially substantial losses for this term. If you are able to, please consider donating to our Covid-19 appeal. You can also add GiftAid to your donation. Thank you.
